Two 40 South features an intimate private party room with state-of-the-art AV equipment that can seat up to 40 guests. The main dining room features a trio of comfy semi-private lounge cabanas ideal for smaller gatherings of up to six guests per cabana. We can also accommodate guests for special events and cocktail receptions on either of our two semi-private patios, featuring relaxed lounge dining and traditional table seating.
 
Last, but not least, Two 40 South offers guests a dining experience unlike any other seated in front of all the action at our exclusive Chef's Table. Live entertainment, including jazz, flamenco, and blues is performed on Friday's and Saturday's. We are also available for complete restaurant buy-outs.
